Site Specifications
This site was developed by Richard McCoy using PHP/mySQL, HTML/CSS, javascript, and other web development languages and systems. This site is hosted by Richard McCoy and onlineheadquarters.net. This site is designed to display correctly in all HTML compliant browsers and in all standard resolutions, but is optimized for Internet Explorer 5.5 at 1024x760 resolution.

Parts of this site use POPUP windows to display various documents and other information. If you are using popup-blocking software, this site may not display correctly. If that is the case, you will need to disable your popup-blocking software or add this site to your software's "safe list", if applicable.

This site does NOT use cookies. Session management is handled through a unique string of characters (called a session number, or 'snum'), which is passed along with page addresses. In some rare circumstances, if you forward a page address to another person while you are logged in, that person may become logged in on your account. To avoid this, do not forward page addresses to others while logged in.

This is a low security website. It is strongly recommended that you use a username and password combination that you do not also use for any sensitive purpose. By using this site, you agree to indemnify and grant immunity to the author for any harm resulting to you the user or third parties as a result of information either being lost or released without authorization through any transaction involving this website. Such indemnification shall extend to attorney's fees, and to all other related costs. Detailed information regarding specific terms for account holders is provided during the registration process.
