Richard W. McCoy is a private attorney in Wellsboro, Pennsylvania. He is a 2004 graduate of Mansfield University and a 2007 graduate of Widener University School of Law.
In his own time, he is an avid outdoorsman, and enjoys hiking, canoeing, primitive camping, paintball, and anything else that involves spending time outdoors.
He is also a life-long history buff, specializing in the American Civil War and Grand Siecle through Revolutionary and Restoration Era France.
He has participated in living history programs, primarily involving artillery, since he was 15 years old.
He has years of experience assisting in the research, patterning and production of historical reproduction uniform parts and accoutrements, including footwear.
He has also assisted in the instruction of various artillery gun crews throughout the East.
